World Class Technologies

Direct Laser Engraving
The direct laser engraving system’s universal design enables adjustments to be made based on intelligent algorithms without any mechanical changes. This ensures the high-power, high-quality laser beam can be utilized to optimum effect in any application. With a resolution of up to 2000 l/cm (5080 dpi), the finer tonal gradations produce more nuanced, higher contrast than in stylus engraving.

Electronic Engraving
The electronic cylinder engraving machine guarantees fast and high-quality engraving results with HD engraving quality. It delivers sharper contours, less ringing and dragging with high print density at the same time. It is equipped with coarse screen tuning, which enables an extended screen to range up to a 40 screens.

Galvanic Line
Processing Copper & Chrome, the Galvanic Line high-performance tanks have a high immersion factor. These tanks were specialized for packaging printers as well as service providers. They are made for the direct clamping of hollow and shaft-type cylinders.

Polishing Machine
Intelligent precision for gravure cylinder processing. With the revolutionary onboard MI (machine intelligence), the machine adapts dynamically to all cylinder shapes. This ensures that the desired result is always produced, regardless of the operator's experience, by selecting the desired target value on the HMI.

Proofing Machines
Delivering production matched proofs without the press downtime with proofing pressures up to 8000kg, with wide range of widths to suit industry type – from flexibles to widest decorative markets & more. Proofs with all types of production ink – solvent, water, metalized with the finest detail, production match, down to 2% dot.

In-House Prepress Studio
The prepress setup is powered by an advanced Esko workflow, ensuring smooth integration of customer-supplied files in formats like Artpro, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, and normalised PDFs. The team utilizes industry-standard processing software such as Artpro, Artpro+, and Photoshop for precise layout and editing. A GMG colour management system is employed with in-house profile creation capabilities to ensure colour consistency and accuracy.
